Villa Šoulavy is located in the central Dalmatia, in the center of Kastel Luksic at the promenade, just 20 meters from the beach and sea. Nearby, there are two cultural centers Split and Trogir and remains of ancient Salona.

Villa Šoulavy is a cultural monument presenting traditional Dalmatian architecture and has a historical value. In 1909 dr. Henrik Soulavy opened the first pension and tourism in Kastela Riviera has been developing since then.
